successful brython.js & pyodide.js integration

 Now the web can be configured and bits of it made to think. Then to be stored for later reuse.

We now have brython.js loaded by pyodide.js, and then passing itself to the promised scope. Then parts are ranked lose with careful gluing of the seems. 

Beyond that, everything runs, including importing constructed objects so that pybrain3 based networks can be used in the web for AI.

The goal is to template from MRI data and fasta records.

But today, parts of it work as expected.
